At Vextor, we stand behind everything we sell. That's why every order is backed by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items should be in the same condition you received them — unused and with the original packaging — along with your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply email us at hello@vextor.store, and a real person from our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to process it on their end.)
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us right away — we'll make it right.
